You have 14 days from the date received to return an item.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with a proof of purchase.
Please be sure to use a secure shipping address for your order. Frog is not able to refund lost or stolen items.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or for an item of equal value.

Returned items will be inspected when received. You will be notified of the status of the refund, and if approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged items.

We can exchange sale items if the item you need is in stock. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to return a sale item after the sale has ended, you will be refunded the sale price of the item. Once the item is sold out, we do not accept returns.
